Return Merchandise

You can return any product purchased on ThinOptics within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. If you purchased outside of ThinOptics, you will need to contact your place of purchase for returns.

To return the package, please follow these steps:
 

1. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any documentation, accessories, and manuals received with the product. Please ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit.
2. Include the following information inside the package: your order number, the name and email address associated with the order, and the reason for the return.
3. Attach a new mailing label to the outside of the package, making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping labels.

4. Please note that return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return has been shipped, please email us at support@thinoptics.com with your return request and include the tracking number for verification.

Please note: ThinOptics is not responsible for damage resulting from improper packaging or for returns that are not received. Your refund will be processed once we receive the return.
