How do I request a refund?

How to Get a Refund or Exchange:

Get in Touch with ThinOptics:

Refund Info:

  • You’ll get back what you paid for the product, but shipping costs won’t be refunded (unless otherwise stated).

Exchanges:

  • You can swap your product for one of equal or lower value.
  • You can do one exchange per purchase.

Return Process:

  • If your item’s broken or defective, send us a photo or video to show the issue.
  • We’ll confirm the return before processing the refund or exchange.
  • If you’re returning for any other reason (like changing your mind), you’ll cover the return shipping.
  • Keep your proof of purchase if you bought it somewhere other than ThinOptics.

What’s Not Covered by the Warranty:

  • Damage from regular use, pets, accidents, or general wear and tear.
  • Scratched lenses.
  • Lost or stolen glasses.
  • Lost screws.
  • If the product’s been altered or modified.

A Few Extra Things to Keep in Mind:

  • The warranty only applies to your original purchase.
