How to Fill Your Prescription?

Filling your prescription for eyeglasses is simple and easy!  Just input your prescription as it is written on your script.   

1. Obtain Your Prescription
   • Before placing your order, make sure you have a valid and up-to-date eyeglass prescription from your licensed eye care provider. Your prescription should include your sphere (SPH), cylinder (CYL), axis, and pupillary distance (PD), if applicable.
2. Visit the ThinOptics Website
   • Go to ThinOptics Eyeglasses 
3. Choose Your Frame Style
   • Browse through our prescription-compatible styles (e.g., Connect, Manhattan, or other frames with prescription options).
   • Select your preferred color and frame design.
4. Choose Your Prescription Type
   • Select your preferred lens type (single vision, progressive, readers, etc.).
   • You will have an option to submit your prescription online and manually input details from your prescription, or email your prescription later, and we’ll remind you after checkout.
5. Choose Lens Material
   • Classic (1.59 Polycarbonate, lightweight and impact resistant. Best for prescriptions between -2.00 and +2.00
   • Thinner (1.67 Hi-Index)  Up to 30% thinner—ideal for stronger prescriptions and a sleeker look
6. Choose Lenses
   • Select your preferred lens (Clear, Blue Light Lenses or Photochromic).
   • All our lenses include 100% UV Protection, Scratch-Resistance, Anti-Reflective, and Water-Resistant coatings.
7. Review & Add to Cart
   • Double-check all prescription information and lens selections.
   • Click “Add to Cart” when you’re ready to proceed.
8. Complete Checkout
   • Go to your cart, review your order, and complete payment.
   • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
